Terms & Conditions
1. Payments
- All payments for lessons and coaching sessions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
- Payment must be completed in advance to confirm your booking.
- Prices are subject to change; any changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Booking & Sessions
- All bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling.
- Sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A meeting link will be provided upon confirmation.
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for your session.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable.
- Missed sessions or no-shows are also non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly to discuss your situation.
4. General
- By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- All materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
- These terms may be updated from time to time; please review them regularly.
